What We Expect

Strictly Prohibited
The following activities will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities:
Harassment & Bullying: Any form of verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or targeted harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
Sexual Content: Displaying nudity, engaging in sexually explicit conversations, or requesting sexual favors. This includes both video and text chat.
Illegal Activities: Discussing, promoting, or facilitating illegal acts including drug trafficking, violence, fraud, or theft.
Underage Use: Users must be 18 or older. Any interaction with or depiction of minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported.
Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including celebrities, public figures, or other platform users.
Spam & Advertising: Promoting products, services, websites, social media accounts, or other platforms. This includes asking others to follow you elsewhere or requesting donations.
Recording & Screenshots: Capturing, recording, or distributing images or video of other users without their explicit consent is a violation of privacy and strictly prohibited.
Sharing Malicious Content: Sending viruses, malware, or harmful links, or attempting to hack or phish other users.
Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated AI systems and human moderators to enforce these guidelines. Our moderation is proactive and reactive:
Automated detection: Real-time filters catch obvious violations like nudity and explicit language.
User reports: Your reports help us identify issues we may have missed. We review every report promptly.
Random audits: We periodically review random chat logs to ensure policy compliance.
Violations result in progressive penalties: first offense typically earns a warning (though severe violations result in immediate ban), repeated offenses lead to longer suspensions, and serious or repeated violations result in permanent bans.
Appeals Process
If you believe your account was banned unfairly, you may submit an appeal through our Contact page. Include your username (if applicable), the date of the ban, and a clear explanation of why you believe the ban was mistaken. We review appeals thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that we uphold bans for serious violations and will not reverse decisions for clear policy breaches.
Your Responsibilities
As a Miami Cam user, you are responsible for:
Understanding and following these community guidelines
Respecting other users' boundaries and privacy
Reporting violations you witness
Keeping your own account secure – you're liable for activity under your IP address
Not attempting to circumvent bans (creating new accounts after being banned will result in extended penalties)
Zero Tolerance Policy
Certain behaviors warrant immediate and permanent removal from our platform with no warning:
Any interaction involving or sexualizing minors
Threats of violence or harm
Sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery
Attempting to scam or defraud other users
Sharing extreme or violent content
Attempting to hack, phish, or otherwise compromise our systems or other users
